Order Policy

Every cookie at Treats You Wright is baked fresh to order in small batches. Here's how ordering works.

Local Pickup: Pickup is available every Saturday at 11am in Atlanta. Orders must be placed by Thursday at 12pm to be ready for that week's pickup. Your exact pickup address will be sent to you once your order is placed. Orders placed after the Thursday cutoff will roll over to the following Saturday.

Nationwide Shipping: Orders placed by Monday at 12pm ship that same week on Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail, arriving in 2 to 3 business days, for a flat $10 fee. Orders placed after Monday at 12pm will ship the following week. Please double check your shipping address at checkout, as we're unable to make any edits once your order has been submitted.

Need it sooner? We know sometimes you need your cookies outside our regular schedule. We're happy to accommodate rush requests for an additional rush fee: a flat $15 for standard orders, or 20% of your order subtotal for bulk and corporate orders. Reach out through our Contact page with your event date and we'll let you know what's possible.

Order Changes: Once an order is placed, we're unable to make changes, additions, or subtractions, so please review your cart carefully before checking out.

Bulk & Corporate Orders: For orders of 4 dozen or more, or for our 100-count Gift Box, fill out the form on our Contact page with your desired flavors, quantities, and event date. We'll follow up within 24 hours to finalize the details.
