How do I place an order?

Simply head to our shop page, select your flavors and quantities, and choose either local pickup or shipping at checkout. All of our cookies are baked fresh to order, never sitting around waiting for you, so a little patience goes a long way.

Do your cookies contain nuts?

Nope, not a single one. All of our gourmet cookies are made completely nut free, so you can indulge without worry. Our treats are baked in a home kitchen, so please reach out if you have specific allergy concerns before ordering.

Question 3

What is your local pickup policy?

Accepted Answer

Local pickup is available every Saturday at 11am in Atlanta. Once your order is placed, we'll send the exact pickup address directly to you. To guarantee your cookies are ready for that week's Saturday pickup, orders must be placed by Thursday at 12pm. Orders placed after the cutoff will roll over to the following week.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship our gourmet cookies nationwide. All orders are baked to order, so please allow 1 to 2 business days of processing time. Orders placed by Monday at 12pm ship out that Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 day delivery) for a flat $10 shipping fee. Tracking information will be sent your way as soon as your box is on the move. Orders placed after Monday at 12pm will ship the following week. Please double check your shipping address at checkout, as we're unable to make changes once an order is submitted.

Can I make changes to my order after I've placed it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we're unable to make any changes, additions, or subtractions. We recommend reviewing your cart carefully before checking out.

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. For orders of 4 dozen or more for corporate events, functions, or parties, fill out the form under our Contact tab with your desired flavors and quantities. We'll follow up within 24 hours to finalize the details.

What if I need my order faster than the regular schedule?

Accepted Answer

We totally understand, life happens. If you need your cookies outside our regular Monday-order, Wednesday-ship schedule, reach out through our Contact page. We'll do our best to accommodate a rush request for an additional rush fee: a flat $15 for standard orders, or 20% of your order subtotal for bulk and corporate orders.
